Collectibles status update

Hello Habbos! We know that Collectibles has been in a rough state since the switch to zkEVM earlier this year, and we want to be up front about where things stand.

Key parts of the Collectibles experience have been disabled or are unreliable, and we understand how frustrating it’s been to have these features offline for this long.

Here’s a breakdown of the known issues, where they stand, and what we’re prioritising.

Targeted for update 0.83.0 (next month)

Below is a list of issues we’re hoping to fix by the next Habbo game update – 0.83.0 – which we’re scheduled to release next month.

• Sync issues between Collector Wallets and in-game inventory – items may appear on the blockchain but not in-game, for example.
• XP data not updating correctly. This issue was thought to be fixed but has resurfaced since.
• Collector Wallet functionality enabled:
  • Transferring Collectibles between MetaMask and Collector Wallets
  • In-game Collectibles trading
  • In-game Silver purchasing
  • Purchasing Curator Stamps with Silver
  • Using Collector Cabinets with Collector Wallets
• Right now, in the Collectors Guild screen two wallets are shown: the Collector Wallet and the new one we’ve referred to as the “Habbo Master Wallet” in recent communications. With the incoming update, these will be merged into a single Collector Wallet as part of the final migration step. All currencies and Collector XP will be migrated at this stage.

After 0.83.0 stabilises

These fixes are further along in the backlog and will be fixed slightly later, but are no less important.

• Pet Collectibles not appearing in-game
• Collector Wallet functionality missing:
  • In-game use of Gift Boxes
  • Converting Emeralds in-game

Issues affecting some players – we need to hear from you

If you’re experiencing any of the issues listed below, please contact Customer Support so they can assist you and log the issue for investigation.

• Missing Relics when using Collector Cabinets
• Emeralds not accumulating
• Emeralds are missing after crafting or reverting Crafted Avatars
• Emeralds charged when avatar crafting has not been completed
